Abstract

PURPOSE:To decrease the transfer time required to reach a target position and at the same time to facilitate the setting to the target position, by carrying out the control with a pulse having a period decreasing in a prescribed ratio while a key input operation is kept. CONSTITUTION:When a key switch 1 of an operation part 30 is pushed continuously, the clock signal is applied to the clock terminal CL of an up-counter 7 through an AND gate 10 to increase the counting value. When the output of the counter 7 is coincident with the output of a down-counter 9, the output of a digital comparator 8 is turned into a trigger signal of a monostable multivibrator 16 through an OR gate 13 and also into a CL signal of the counter 9 through an AND gate 12 to decrease the counting value by one. At the same time, the counter 7 is reset through an OR gate 14. When the counter 9 counts down to a certain value, the output of an NAND gate 11 is set at L level. Then the signal to be applied to the counter 9 is cut off by the gate 12 to decrease the pulse interval.
