Abstract

PURPOSE:To easily obtain the titled carrier free from air void and having stable quality by closely contacting a stamper to an elemental material in such a condition that air pressure is applied to said material from a lower mold to curve the central part thereof upwardly so as to form an apex. CONSTITUTION:An ultraviolet ray curable resin is coated on a base material 1a to form a molding layer 1b and the obtained elemental material 1 is fixed to a lower mold 3 made of a material transparent to ultraviolet rays by a clamping ring 2. The lowering of an upper mold 6 is started by an oil press 5 and, at the same time, air pressure is applied to the elemental material 1 from an air nozzle 4 to curve the same upwardly. After a stamper 8 is closely contacted with the entire surface thereof, pressure is applied to set pressure and ultraviolet rays are irradiated to the molding layer 1b from an ultraviolet ray irradiating sourse 1l.
