Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain the titled carrier free from air bubbles and having stable quality in high efficiency by a method wherein an ultraviolet ray curable resin is coated on the surface of a base material molded into an umbrella shape and a stamper is pressed thereto from the apex part of the umbrella to the peripheral end part thereof succeedingly. CONSTITUTION:A base material comprising a material transparent to ultraviolet rays is molded into an umbrella shape and an ultraviolet ray curable resin is coated on the entire surface of the protruded surface side thereof to obtain a starting material 1. This material 1 is applied to a press machine and a stamper 7 is pressed to said material 1 from the top part of the umbrella shape to the peripheral end part thereof succeedingly and, after the stamper 7 and the ultraviolet lay curable resin layer are closely contacted perfectly, ultraviolet rays are irradiated thereto from a ultraviolet light source 10 to duplicate a signal.
