Abstract
PURPOSE:To improve the reliability of a motor control circuit by connecting a non-linear circuit to the rear stage of a speed setter, thereby avoiding the resonance phenomenon of a pulsating torque. CONSTITUTION:A non-linear circuit 9 is connected to the rear stage of a speed setter 1, and when the signal of the speed setter 1 varies linearly through 0-A- B-C, the circuit 9 outputs non-linearly through 0-D-E-F. The output signal of the circuit 9 is inputted to a speed controller 3. In this manner, even if the pulsating frequency of the output power of a power converter 5 and the resonance frequency between a motor 6 and a load intrinsic vibration frequency are expected to be presented, the actual operating speed becomes 0-D-E-F, the operation can avoid the operating speed wherein the resonance phenomenon appears.
