CONSTITUTION:A primary winding 10 of a branching transformer 9 is connected between an input terminal 1 and an output terminal 4, and an intermediate tap 12 of a secondary winding 11 is connected to a branching terminal 6. An end at a winding part 14 of the winding 11 of the transformer 9 is grounded, and the other ends of the winding 11 at a winding part 13 is connected to the terminal 1 via a resistance 15. The distribution ratio of the signals flowing to an output terminal 4 and the terminal 6 can be easily changed by controlling the number of turns n1 and n3 of the winding 10 and at the part 14 of the winding 11 respectively.
