CONSTITUTION:A phase shifter consists of a double winding transformer 7 in which each end of two windings having an equal winding number is connected to each other with the other end of each winding connected to each other via a capacitor 6, a coil 8 connected to an end of the transformer 7, and a resistance 9 connected in parallel to the coil 8. As the coil 8 is connected in parallel to the resistance 9, an increment of impedance can be prevented at the area of connection of the coil and resistance at a high level of frequency.
