Abstract
PURPOSE: To thoroughly fill the microrecesses of the inside surface of a revolving metallic pipe with inorg. type particles by rotating centrifugal forces and obtain a smooth film by forming the 1st layer on the inside surface of said pipe with resin paint added with a large amount of inorg. particles, and forming the 2nd layer thereon with resin paint added with a small amount of inorg. type particles.
CONSTITUTION: A cast iron pipe heated to about 180W200°C is rotated on turning rollers, and paint compounded with a large amount of inorg. type particles (b) is coated on the inside surface of the pipe as the 1st layer a1 by, for example, a spray method. Further, the resin paint compounded with a small amount of inorg. type particles (b) or the paint not added with the same is coated on the 1st layer a1 by, for example, a spray method, thereby forming the 2nd layer a2. The inorg. type prticles (b) in the respective coated layers a1, a2 receive rotating centrigugal forces, and the inorg. type particles (b) of the 1st layer a1 separate and thoroughly fill pinholes (c). For example, silica powder is used for the particles (b), and the resin paint: the particles (b) are kept at about 1:1W5 with the 1st layer and about 1:0W 1 with the 2nd layer.
