Abstract
PURPOSE:To completely incinerate the fowl droppings or the like by a structure wherein a combustion tube with a large number of air holes is provided at the upper part of a furnace equipped with a water pipe fire grate and a moving fire grate and combustion air is vent from the side of said combustion tube upward. CONSTITUTION:The water pipe fire grate 5 and the moving fire grate 6 form a double fire grate 3. The combustion tube 14, on the peripheral wall of which a large number of the air holes 15 are arranged and at the tip of which an exhaust tube 13 is arranged, is provided at the upper part of the furnace 1. In addition, a heating pipe 16 and a blast nozzle 20 are arranged within the combution tube 14. Owing to the structure as described above, the durability of the fire grate 3 is remarkably improved and the combustion zone does not exposed to cold air and is rendered to be completely burnt and as well as the exhaustion of an offensive smell to the outside of the furnace is eliminated, because the offensive smell enters from the air holes 15 into the combustion tube 14 and ascends while being swirled by a coiled heating pipe 16 and burns sencondarily with flame.
