Abstract

PURPOSE:To control the amount of smoke under the regulated value by arranging a circuit outputting the standard command value and a circuit juding the whole load condition in accordance with the rotatory speed of the engine and the load in the air fuel ratio. CONSTITUTION:An air suction throttle valve unit 6 is arranged on the air suction passage 2 of an engine 1, a control unit of exhaust gas recirculation 7 on an exhaust passage 3, and a control unit of injection amount 8 of a fuel injeftion pump 5. The reference command value in accordance with a rotatory sensor 16 and a load sensor 17 is corrected by feed back control through sensor 12 to perform the control of air fuel ratio. However, when transferred the whole load, the control of air fuel ratio is performed at the reference command value only during the period when the fixed time passes. Thus amount of smoke can always be controlled less than the regulated vlue, and the power of engine can be made the most of by increasing fuel injection amount up to the limit value of smoke amount.
