Abstract
PURPOSE: The titled marking agent, prepared by incorporating a phosphate salt with a metallic nitrate, a heat-resistant pigment, an inorganic dispersing agent, etc. in a specific proportion, capable of adhering to a high-temperature steel material by the high-speed casting method, etc., and having improved heat resistance with improved transferring property to the next step in a high temperature state.
CONSTITUTION: (A) 20W50wt% phosphate salt is kneaded with (B) 2W20wt% either one or both of metallic nitrate and metallic sulfate, (C) 5W40wt% heat- resistant pigment, e.g. titanium oxide, and (D) 3W10wt% inorganic dispersing agent, e.g. kaolin, and (E) if necessary 3W15wt% mica powder with (F) the rest water to give the aimed marking agent.
