Abstract

PURPOSE:To realize the compact insallation space of the whole equipment by a method wherein almost all the driving units and energy exchanging systems are housed within the same casing body in the equipment combined with cooling, heating and hot water supply, in the main body of which water passage systems are controlled. CONSTITUTION:A refrigeration compressor 21, a heat exchanger 23 of heat source side water and a heat exchanger 27 of load side water; all these three belong to a heat pump unit; are housed in the same casing body 1. In addition, a control circuit 43 for controlling the refrigeration compressor 21 and the conveyance of loaded water is also housed in said casing body 1. In such a manner as mentioned above, the whole equipment is made compact by housing the driving units and the energy exchanging systems, except well pumps for load water and for conveyance of loaded water in a water passage system for conveyance of loaded water, in the same casing body 1 and consequently eliminating the wiring system, which connects the driving units and the energy exchanging systems with one another, thereby making the whole body miniaturized.
