PURPOSE:To construct cement mortar concrete piles concurrently with excavation without causing noise in a short time by using a portable pile constructor having a hollow drill tipped with a cement mortar concrete jet nozzle. CONSTITUTION:A hollow drill 2 whose periphery is provided with a spiral excavating blade 1 is attached to a rotary mechanism powered by an oil-pressure motor 6 by a coupler 4. the hollow drill 2 is turned to excavate a pit for constructing pile. When reaching a predetermined depth, the excavation is stopped, and cement mortar concrete is supplied through a pressure supply pipe 8 into the hollow of the drill 2 and then injected into the pit from the jet port 2a at the lower end of the drill 2. An electricity-powdered winch 10 is actuated at the same time as the injection of grout is started, and the drill 2 is gradually pulled up by winding up a wire 9 connected to a swivel 5. When cement mortar concrete reaches a given level, iron bars are inserted into the concrete as needed after stopping the injection work and allowed to stand in such a way as to naturally harden the concrete.
