And, a soot blower 5 is provided at the upper part of the inside of the casing 3, and dust adhered to the outside of the water pipes 4 is blown off by steam jetted from the soot blower 5. Also, water sprayers 7 are provided on the right and left sides of a bottom 6, and dust deposited on the bottom 6 is washed away by jet water from the sprayer 7 and removed through a drain 8 to the outside.
