Abstract
PURPOSE: To obtain a high strength cold rolled steel plate with very superior enameling hardenability as well as satisfactory formability and strength by specifying the chemical components of a steel and the manufacturing condition such as the hot rolling condition.
CONSTITUTION: A steel consisting of ≤0.01% C, 0.65W2% Si, 0.2W2% Mn, one or more among 0.03W0.15% P, 0.2W2% Cu and ≤0.15% Al, and the balance Fe with impurities is hot-rolled at a temp. above the Ar3 transformation point and coiled at ≥600°C. C is required with respect to the strength, yet excess C deteriorates the enameling hardenability. The lower limit or more of Si is required to enhance the strength and enameling hardenability, yet more than the upper limit of Si deteriorates the workability, etc. The lower limit or more of Mn is required to fix S and to enhance the strength and enameling hardenability, yet more than the upper limit of Mn is unnecessary. By setting the hot rolling and coiling conditions as mentioned above, the amount of soluble C exerting influence on the enameling hardenability is changed through precipitated precipitated carbide and can be maintained in a state suitable for obtaining high enameling hardenability.
