Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain many kinds of reference boltages with simple circuit constitution, by giving n (n>=2) sets of different reference voltages to a differential amplifier through switching additionally with n sets of external signals. CONSTITUTION:When an input voltage Vcc is switched with a transistor (TR) TR14, an output voltage Vout is obtained at the secondary side of a transformer 14. This voltage Vout is split with resistors r4 and r5, and the result is given to an inverting input of a differential amplifier 12, where the result is compared with a reference voltage Vref at a noninverting input, and the output pulse width of a pulse modulating circuit 13 is changed according to the difference to control a conduction angle of the TR14, and a prescribed output voltage Vout in response to the voltage Vref is obtained. In this case, the voltage Vout can be varied by varying the voltage Vref. Eight output voltages can be obtained through three bit-signals S1, S2 and S3 applied to the base of a TR11, a TR12 and a TR13 combined with three fererence voltages V1, V2 and V3, for example.
