Abstract
PURPOSE:To obtain a constant voltage characteristic with a simple constitution, by exercising feedback control through the use of a differential amplifier so that divided voltages of an output voltage are equal from the use of an offset voltage. CONSTITUTION:An output signal of a differential amplifier 11 having an offset voltage is applied to a gate of a P channel MOS transistor TR13 inserted between a power supply Vcc and a load 12. A resistor 14 is connected between a non-inverting and an inverting input terminals of an amplifier 11, the inverting input terminal is grounded and a resistor 15 is inserted between an output point C of the TR13 and a point B of the non-inverting terminal of the amplifier 11. Thus, a detection voltage which is a voltage division of a constant voltage output can be set to a resistor 14 through the use of feedback operation.
