Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain a phase synchronizing oscillation circuit with less acquisition time, by controlling and starting a voltage-controlled oscillator with a stored control voltage, when an input signal is interrupted and restored afterward. CONSTITUTION:A voltage controlling line controlling a voltage-controlled oscillator 12 is provided with an integrator 21 outputted to two directions and a switching device 20, and if an input signal is given to a terminal 11 normally, the output of the integrator 21 is given to an integrator 23 via a switch 22 and the integrator 23 holds a control voltage. When the input signal is interrupted, the switch 22 disconnects the connection between the integrators 21 and 23 with a signal detecting circuit 17, the switcher 20 outputs the control voltage stored in the integrator 23 to control the oscillator 12 for synchronizing oscillation. A switching device 18 outputs the control voltage stored in the integrator 23 and the integrator 21 stores it. When an input signal is restored, the switching device 20 gives the control voltage stored in the integrator 21 with the circuit 17 to the oscillator 12 for the start of synchronizing oscillation. Thus, the amount of shift of the oscillation frequency is further decreased and the acquisition time can stably be shortened.
