Abstract
PURPOSE:To realize the feeding of a suspending position with a linear control system and the stable working, by having a direct connection among a feed driving part, a torque motor and a control motor of low inertia. CONSTITUTION:A torque motor 36 is provided on the upper face of a supporter 10, and a ball screw 12 is attached the motor 36. At the same time, the motor 36 is connected directly to a low-inertia control motor 16. Thus a feed driving part 10 is formed. The motor 36 is connected to a voltage variable output device 38. In case when no output is delivered from a position feed commanding device 26 and a suspended object 18 is at pause, the axial torque output of the motor 36 is zero at the outset. Then the device 38 is operated to continuously increase the output voltage until no output is delivered to an amplifier 34. The output voltage is fixed there. Then the axial torque is applied to the motor 36, and as a result the armature current flowing to the motor 16 is set at zero.
