CONSTITUTION:A brim part 321, whose outer configuration is larger than a receptacle part 322 of the cap 32, is formed at an upper end of a sample cap 32 wherein a sample is distributed. The outer peripheral side of the brim 321 is totally formed into a coarse surface. Or, the outer peripheral side of the brim 321 is formed in a so-called frosted or aventurine glass manner, being different from other side of the cap 32. Thus, for example, a sample ascertaining number, a patient name can be easily written, printed, or marked on the outer peripheral side of the brim part 321. The surface is treated in a coarse manner, and as a result, information mark can be written more simply and clearly as compared with conventional types, and this prevents the occurrence of errorneous recognition.
