Abstract

PURPOSE:To make it possible to conduct a high-accuracy weighing continuously and efficiently by enabling additional amount to be decreased, in the case of adding amount to be weighed, by judging whether or not it is possible to weigh the amount properly, and then, by issuing an alarm in case if the amount proved not be weighed properly. CONSTITUTION:A standard deviation operating section 9 which conducts operation on the basis of average unit weight, a proper number judgement operating section 12, a comparing section 13, an increment operating section, an alarm lamp 15 and a controlling section 16 are connected to a counting scale. And, for instance, an object to be weighed is placed on a weighing tray of a weight detecting section 1 and an average unit weight is sought by a unit weight operating section 4. When the sixth weighing is conducted and the static stability is detected by the controlling section 16, an operation commanding signal (u) becomes ON to start the proper number judgement operating section 12 for calculations of estimated maximum value and estimated minimum value and also estimated maximum number of pieces and estimated minimum number of pieces of the average unit weight, and in case if this number of pieces is different, the comparing section 14 puts out an alarm signal R to turn on the alarm lamp 15. And, when an additional weight is decreased by reducing the object being counted, it coincides with an estimated number of pieces, and the weighing is thus completed, and then, the next weighing is executed.
