CONSTITUTION:A fixed line 13 is connected between an input terminal 11 and a synthesizer 12. At the some time, a variable phase shifter 15 consisting of a directional coupler and a variable reactance circuit is connected between an input terminal 14 and the synthesizer 12. In such constitution, the phase can be consecutively changed with no contact. In addition, a delaying circuit or a changeover switch which is so far required can be excluded to eliminate an incomplete contact or noise as well as to realize the miniaturization.
