The base of the column 1' and the base plate 2, which are monolithically united, are placed on a tapered plate 11, and after the height and position of the column 1' are adjusted, forms 10 are placed, and a space 6, formed with the base plate 2, a foundation 4, and concrete forms 10, is filled with a non-contracting grout material 13 such as mortar, curing synthetic resin for curing. After the grout material 13 is cured, a nut on an anchor bolt is tightened.
