Abstract

PURPOSE: To obtain a high-strength cold-rolled steel plate with superior formability and baking hardenability by adding a specified amount each of C, Mn, Al and N to a steel and providing a ferrite structure contg. a specified amount of bainite.
CONSTITUTION: A steel having a chemical composition contg., by wt., 0.02W 0.15% C, 0.05W1% Mn, 0.01W0.08% Al and 0.002W0.01% N and a ferrite structure contg. 5W50% bainite and allowing ≤15% martensite content is cold-rolled, batchwise annealed, heated to a temp. of the Ac1 transformation point W the Ac3 transformation point at ≥5°C/sec average heating rate, held at the temp. for ≤5min, and quenched to ≤550°C at 20W500°C/sec average cooling rate to manufacture the desired steel plate. To said steel may be added ≥1 kind among 0.01W0.5% Si, 0.01W0.09% P, 0.0002W0.005% B and 0.01W0.5% V.
