Abstract

PURPOSE:To improve the generality of a ventilating apparatus that performs ventilation through a duct, by providing housing chambers in a part of an air path for ventilation, and ditachably housing unit frames each having interior parts such as a shutter, a filter, etc. CONSTITUTION:A rectangular box-like outer casing 1 whose bottom is open is divided by a partition 2 into upper and lower parts, and a double shaft type motor 3 is secured in the partition 2. Multiblade fans 4, 5 are mounted to the opposite ends of the shaft of the motor 3, and covered with volute fan casing 6, 8. The outer casing 1 is attached with a coupling tube 11 that has the housing chambers 12, 13 arranged one above the other and having a rectangular shape in cross section which are in communication with outles 9, 10, and the outer casing 1 also has a cylindrical connecting part 14 integrally formed on the right side thereof. The housing chambers 12, 13 contain the hollow rectangular unit frames 15, 15 each including a shutter plate 16. The unit frame 15 is chosen and used which has the shutter plast 16 whose opening direction is desired one.
