Abstract

PURPOSE: To decrease power loss in such a way that in a contrivance to control discharging rate from a discharging rate variable pump by means of a pressure control valve, discharging rate and discharging pressure in the pump is made controllable in response to its demand without need of inutile leak flow rate.
CONSTITUTION: A discharging rate variable pump 1 is controlled with its discharging rate in such a way that a swash plate 2, etc. is displaced by means of a cylinder 4. At the same time as discharging fluid by the pump 1 is fed from a main flow circuit 8 via a shunt control part Z of a selective type pressure control valve 43 and a flow direction control valve 10 to an actuator 50, when a throttle decompression control part Y of said valve 43 is selected, it is integrated so that pressurized fluid is fed through flow direction control valves 10X, 10Y to actuators 50x, 50y.
