Abstract

CONSTITUTION: Mixed powder 10 consisting of Fe powder and Ni powder is put in a metallic mold and press-molded to form a cylindrical body 11. The body 11 is sintered in a nonoxidizing atmosphere to obtain a sintered cylindrical body 12 made of Fe-Ni alloy. Cu powder 13 is packed into the hollow of the cylindrical body 12 under pressure and sintered in a nonoxiding atmosphere. The resulting sintered body is used as a lead wire, etc. as it is without carrying out drawing.
