Abstract

CONSTITUTION: The speeds at inlet and outlet sensed by sensors 1, 2 undergo a subtraction at an adding/subtracting device 9c to provide the output P(W) of the water wheel. An adding/subtracting device 9a, on the other hand, carries out another calculation to allow an adding/subtracting device 9b to determine the deviation from the results of the calculations at the adding/subtracting devices 9a and 9c. This deviation obtained and the number of revolutions are combined and the guide vane is adjusted on the basis thereof, to attain a preceding control. Thus a time delay in control of number of revolutions can be eliminated.
