Abstract
PURPOSE:To improve sound-insulation effect and weather-proof strength as well as reliability against transportation, earthquake, etc. by a method wherein stoppers are installed between the side plate of a tank and a sound-insulation plate via a vibration proof material to prevent deformation of a thin plate constituting the peripheral part of a sound-proof board. CONSTITUTION:A plurality of reinforcing stakes are installed on a side plate 6, and sound insulation plates 2 are spot welded or like to these reinforcing stakes via a thin plate 1 having a fixed spring constant to constitute a sound-proof board 4. Further, an F-letter type stopper 10A and an L-letter type stopper 10B are fitted on the interior surface of the sound insulation plate 2 and on the exterior surface of the side plate 6 of the tank, respectively. Also, a vibration proof material 11 made of vibration-proof rubber or so between these stoppers, and this is supported at the tip of the L-letter type stopper 10B. With this construction, deformations in the right and left direction of the thin plate 1 constituting the peripheral part of the sound-proof board 4 can be prevented, and vibration from the tank side plate to sound-proof board 4 via stoppers 10A and 10B can be prevented as well. Furthermore, deformation of sound-proof board 4 due to shocks during transportation, earthquake and handling or the like can be prevented.
