Abstract

PURPOSE: To stabilize the current output, by connecting transistors in series respectively to plural trnsistors which have bases connected commonly to the base of one transistor.
CONSTITUTION: Transistors (TR) Q2' and Q3' are connected in series to TRs Q2 and Q3 which have bases connected commonly to the base of a TR Q1 of the diode constitution. Collectors of TRs Q2' and Q3', namely, the second collectors of TRs Q2 and Q3 are set to a low potential. By this constitution, even if an impedance Z1 becomes very large, the emitter current is less changed because the emitter current of the TR Q2 is flowed to the TR Q2', and a voltage VBE between the base and the emitter is not changed; and consequently, the output current of the TR Q3 is held constant.
