Abstract
PURPOSE:To carry out a heat process as designated by the set value, by varying the changing slope of temperature of a temperature controller while the temperature is rising or falling. CONSTITUTION:A temperature controller is set to a certain temperature rising slope during the initial period (a) starting from the first real temperature T1. Then the temperature rising slope is varied during the period (b) and when the temperature within an oven core tube 1 reaches a temperature T3 lower than the set temperature T2. Thus the temperature is raised up to T2. In such way, the temperature T2 is obtained without increasing the temperature within the tube 1 with no overshoot.
