Abstract

PURPOSE: To surely prevent the short pass of gas between a plate and a casing by pressing a gasket inside a lateral frame on the heat exchanging plate in a plate-type heat exchanging device for condensation and evaporation between the gas and liquid.
CONSTITUTION: In a plate 34 are opened a cooling-liquid induction hole 35 and a lead-out port 36 therefor, being opposed to each other, so as to communicate with a cooling-liquid supply port 26 and a discharge port 27 therefore of a fixed frame 25 respectively, while in the circumference of the cooling-liquid induction hole 35 and the lead-out port 36 between the adjacent plates 34 is arranged a gasket 37, thus a vapor path A and a cooling liquid path B being constituted. When both lateral frames 30 are fitted on to both sides of frame bodies 20 by fastening means 31 on assembling, gaskets 32 in the parts of gaskets 32 provided inside the lateral frames 30 are pressed strongly on the plates 34. Since the gaskets 32 are thus pressed strongly on the plates 34 positively, the gap between a casing 33 and the plates 34 is eliminated and thus complete sealing can be performed.
