Abstract

PURPOSE: To prevent the partial deformation, etc. of a buried pipe by a method wherein pad bases are used which are manufactured by improved soil obtained by mixing a soil improving material into soil to be improved, and back-filling is conducted by improved soil having the same quality when burying flexible pipes such as synthetic resin pipes.
CONSTITUTION: A pad base 6 is prepared in such a manner that improved soil, which is obtained by adding a 5W10 pts.wt. soil improving agent containing one or more of lime, cement, gypsum, sodium silicate, alumina, aluminum sulfate, calcium chloride, magnesium chloride, etc. to 100 pts.wt. soil to be excavated of a burying ditch, is molded by means of a flask. A plurality of pas bases 6 obtained in this manner are installed on an excavating bed 7 at proper intervals, pipes 10 are set up into the indentation sections 9 of the pad bases 6, back-filling is conducted by using improved soil having the same quality, sections around the pipes are tamped and the flexible pipes 10 are buried. When burying the pipes in this manner, since the pad bases 6 and surrounding soil are unified and the burying pipes are supported and fixed, the pipes are not deformed locally and bent, and there happens no accident.
