Abstract

PURPOSE: To improve the quick response and the stability of a speed control system in a fluid pressure system, by arranging two electromagnetic proportional control valves, one for rough control of fluid quantity with an open loop control and the other for fine control with a closed loop control.
CONSTITUTION: The second controlling unit 9 which amplifies a speed command signal and forms an open loop together with the second power amplifier 10 and the large capacitive second electromagnetic proportional controlling valve 11 which supplies a fluid quantity to a fluid pressure cylinder 6 to in proportion the output of the controlling unit 9, are provided. When a speed command signal is sent from a speed command device 1, the speed command signal amplified by the operations of the second controlling unit 9 and the second power amplifier 10, is inputted into the controlling valve 11, and then, the bulk of the fluid quantity proportional to the input amount is supplied to a fluid pressure cylinder 6 from the controlling valve 11. Thereby, as the quantity of fluid controlled by a closed loop consisting of first electromagnetic controlling valve 5 of small capacity and the like lessens remarkably, the accuracy and the stability of speed control is improved.
