Abstract
PURPOSE: To proportionally control the ascending and descending velocity of load with saved power by providing valves for compensating pressure before and behind the flow changeover valve and by proportionally setting the opening extent of the flow changeover valve by means of current.
CONSTITUTION: While the ram cylinder 28 is moved upwards, the pump 10 is controlled to be proportional to the current value for the electromagnetic valve 30. When the ram cylinder is stopped, the leftwise change of shuttle valve 34 by load pressure is prevented by the check valve. While the ram cylinder is moved downwards, the pump is stopped to return the fluid to the tank, the load drops by self weight, speed of the ram cylinder is made proportional to the current value for the electromagnetic valve.
