Abstract
PURPOSE: To simultaneously carry out coating and foaming of a foamable resin with ease in situ, by spraying and foaming the foamable resin liquid containing a foaming agent using a resin melting spray apparatus having a specified structure.
CONSTITUTION: The resin melting spray apparatus is used which comprises a discharge port 1 for the foamable resin liquid in the center thereof, an inner air blowing port 2, a flame blowing port 3 and an outer air blowing port 4 surrounding the discharge port 1 with the blowing angle of the blowing port 4 in a range of 4 to 10 degrees with the axis of the apparatus. From A air is introduced, from B a fuel and oxygen or air are introduced, from C air is introduced, and from D the foamable resin liquid is introduced.
