Abstract
PURPOSE:To reduce the switching loss and to increase the reliability, by inputting a plurality of signals into the collector of a plurality of transistors and selecting the collector through the control voltage input to the base. CONSTITUTION:When an input signal from a signal source 1 is selected, a positive voltage A to a control terminal 13 is fed, and other control terminals are made to zero potential B. Further, when a positive voltage is fed to the control terminal 13, the transistor 8 is conductive. The output picked up from the emitter of the transistor 8 is output from the emitter follower consisting of a transistor 15. In this case, no input is output from a signal source 2 because of nonbias to a transistor 9.
