Abstract

PURPOSE:To make uniform an attraction force of an armature by a method wherein a spacer block is installed to produce a gap and the mounting of a permanent magnet to said gap is performed at a final stage of assembly. CONSTITUTION:A yoke 7 and a spacer block 8 are united into an integral body and the block 8 is fixed to a core 5. The yoke 7 is made to retain a given positional relation with the core 5, and between the yoke 7 and the core 5, a space 9 wherein a permanent magnet 10 can be inserted is provided. Next, thereto, flat springs 3, 4 and an armature 1 connected with a spring hold member 11 being made into an integral body are inserted into a space between the end face of the core 5 and the end face of the yoke 7. And together with this, the spring hold member 11 is fitted on the front upper end of the core 4. Finally, the permanent magnet 10 is inserted into the space 9 and the core 5 is fitted to a frame 12 of the printing head. Consequently, assembly of an armature and a measurement of a flexibility quantity of the flat springs holding the armature become easy and the attraction force of the armature can be made uniform.
