Abstract
PURPOSE:To assure the ignition voltage produced in the secondary winding of an ignition coil irrespective of the variation of the ambient temperature, by applying a current proportional with the forward current in the primary winding of the ignition coil to a control resistor having such resistance as decreasing with the rising of the ambient temperature. CONSTITUTION:A complex connection circuit comprising transistors Q1, Q2 and a bias resistor RB are connected to an ignition coil T, while the complex connection circuit is connected such that the forward direction of the circuit will make the common ground side to be positive. Furthermore a PNP transistor Q2 and a transistor Q4 are connected and a transistor Q3 is connected through a resistor R2 with an NPN transistor Q2. A control resistor R0 is insertion connected to the control circuit formed in such a manner, then said control resistor R0 is connected through a resistor R1 to the transistor Q3. A terminal voltage produced when a current proportional to the forward current is supplied to said control resistor R0 is applied on a transistor in a control circuit for performing ON-OFF control in said complex connection circuit.
