Abstract

PURPOSE: To raise the controllability of an air conditioner system as well as to attain highly efficient air conditioning by a method in which variation rate with unit time of consumed energy at air conditioning load is compared with the heat capacity of a heat storage tank, and then the performance of a refrigerator is controlled according to the comparison result.
CONSTITUTION: In an air conditioner system in which water heated or cooled by a refrigerator 3 is sent through a heat storage tank 2 to an air conditioning load 1 where the water is heat-exchanged with ambient air to allow a heating or cooling work to operate and then returns to the heat storage tank 2, the variation rate ΔC of energy consumed at the air conditioning load 1 is compared by a comparator 4 with the heat capacity V of the heat storage tank 2 every preset hour determined by a timer 12. When ΔC<V, for example, a switch 5 is switched toward a heat storage tank potential heat selection circuit 6 and an operation amount switch 10 is switched toward a potential heat compensatory circuit 7. The output of the compensatory circuit 7 is put in an operating number-generating circuit 11 and the operating number of refrigerators 3 is controlled in such a way as to keep the potential heat amount of the storage tank constant.
