Abstract

PURPOSE: To prevent a differential pressure chamber from being exposed to the atmosphere and obtain the weld zone of high quality by opening the transfer inlet and outlet for the welding works of the differential pressure chamber in a vacuum conveying chamber built therein with a conveyor.
