Abstract
PURPOSE:To elevate the positioning accuracy of stator of a clock motor by a method wherein a magnetic metal film like a film of permalloy, etc., is formed in a stator- form on a nonmagnetic plate surface, and the nonmagnetic plate is made to be used as a shaft supporter of rotor. CONSTITUTION:Ferromagnetic metal films of Ni, Fe, Co, etc., or ferromagnetic compound films of alloy or ferrite, etc., are formed by vacuum evaporation, etc., to constitute stators 4a, 4b, and a hole 6 for supporting a shaft of rotor 30 and a hole 8 for positioning a coil 40 are formed on the nonmagnetic plate. As the stator 4 is constituted in a film-form by means of evaporation, etc., the positioning accuracy of stator poles 4c, 4d and the positoning accuracy of the stator poles 4c, 4d against a rotor magnet 36 can be highly elevated.
