Abstract

PURPOSE:To increase the heat dissipation from an iron core by providing a plurality of cut and raised claws in the end plates facing the ventialting paths, and increasing a heat conducting surface area, in the case ventilating paths are formed by dividing a stator core into blocks in the axial directions. CONSTITUTION:A laminated iron core is divided into a plurality of blocks 2 in the axial direction, and ventilating paths are formed by providing separating members 5 comprising separating plates 3 and end plates 4. A plurality of fin-shaped cut and raised claws 10 are provided on the end plates 4 facing the ventilating paths. In this constitution, since the heat conductive surface area is increased, the heat dissipation from the iron core is increased, and the cooling effect can be enhanced.
