Abstract
PURPOSE:To improve the dynamic balance of the subject armature by a method wherein pressure is applied to the exterior circumferential surface of the armature consists of a cylindrical coil arranged on the outer circumference of the commutator, and the commutator is mechanically held by the protruded section formed on the blank coil. CONSTITUTION:The commutator 14, consists of an insulated substrate 15 having a plurality of segments on its upper surface, is applied on the end surface of a core metal 11 in such a state of condition that the through holes provided on the segments will be fitted to the pins 11a provided on the end surface of the core metal 11, an armature 13 consists of a cylindrical coil is fitted on the commutator 14 and the outer circumference of the core metal 11 and the strand wire connected section of the blank coil is wound on the pin 11a. And the first and the second end surface controlling rings 19 and 20 are provided on both end surface of the armature 13, and after applying strength as shown by the arrow Pz, the armature 13 is pressurized toward the radial direction by the die 22 provided around the armature 13, a coil wire is protruded into spaces 18 and 21 formed at the end sections of the second controlling ring 20 and the core metal 11, and with the protruded section 13b a commutator 14 is held.
