Abstract
PURPOSE:To reduce the number of component parts and to perform an assembling work easily by a method wherein a part of a flywheel, on which a magnet will be installed, is deformed so as to be formed into one unitary body. CONSTITUTION:A magnetic rotor 7 is consisted of a cup type flywheel 8 composed by a first cylindrical section 8a, which is surrounding a stator core 2 leaving a prescribed gap between them and a cup type flywheel 8, composed of a bottomed second cylindrical section 8B which has been consecutively formed with the first cylindrical section 8a and a magnetic field magnet 9 adhered to the inner circumferencial surface of the first cylindrical section 8a. And a second cylindrical section 8b is deformed in such way that its longitudinal section will be forming an almost V-shaped annular groove 11a and said deformed section is designated as pulley section 11. The above flywheel 8 is formed by performing a pressure deformation on the point where the pulley section 11 is to be constituted into a cup-shaped member being obtained through a reducing process on a soft steel plate, for example, using a prescribed V-shaped roller.
