Abstract
PURPOSE:To enable the safe regulation of balancing of the rotor of the electric motor even if the rotor is to be rotated in a high speed by a method wherein bushings having projections projecting further than the end faces of the rotor to the axial direction are inserted in the hole of rotor, and the balance is regulated by scraping the projections, etc. CONSTITUTION:At the rotor 1 of the electric motor having aluminum die casted conductors 2, bushings 4 and 5 are inserted in the hole between the core 1 and the rotor shaft 3. Flange-shaped projections 4a, 5a projecting in the axial direction further than the end faces of the rotor are provided to the bushing 4, 5. The balancing of the rotor is performed by scraping the projections 4a, 5a or by adhering other materials to the projections. By this way, the balancing can be performed safely and simply even if the rotor is to be rotated in a high speed or the core 1 has no space to be utilized for balancing.
