Abstract

PURPOSE: To make linear adjustment of stroke length by constituting an eccentric shaft by connecting a rotor with an inclined shaft part on which a cam is mounted at a right angle to an axis of the rotor and connecting a cam with a connecting rod which can be reciprocally moved.
CONSTITUTION: Rotors 52, 53 at both ends of an eccentric shaft 1 are surrounded by a shaft sleeve 8 and a shaft guide 13 which hold a cam 2 in between, and one of the rotors 52 is fixed in a key groove, through a key 9', which is extended in an axial direction on an inner face of the shaft sleeve 8, and the other rotor 53 is rotatably inserted into the shaft guide 13. Rotating force to the shaft sleeve 8 is conveyed from a worm shaft 11 through a worm gear 10 which is tightly fitted on an outer peripheral of the shaft sleeve by the key 9. By adjusting the rotation of a lead screw 4, the stroke length of reciprocating motion of a connecting rod 3 can be controlled.
