CONSTITUTION: To cool an information processor, etc., air heated up to a high temperature in enclosure 1 of the processor is forcibly exhausted out of the enclosure by blowers 2 and 3. At this time, temperature detector 4 installed at the upper half part of enclosure 1 in the height direction detects its maximum temperature and rotational frequencies of blowers 2 and 3 are controlled by control circuit 5 so that the maximum temperature will be within the predetermined temperature range.
