Abstract

CONSTITUTION: As for the impeller of this complex multivane blower, the inside vane 3 cascade and the outside vane 4 cascade are arranged between a main plate 1 and a side plate 2, and a gap 5 is formed between the inside vane 3 cascade and the outside vane 4 cascade. When the impeller is used for a centrifugal blower, the inside vane 3 cascade and the outside vane 4 cascade act as two independent vane wheels each having different outer diameter. As gas is discharged from the inside vanes 3 to a gap 5 once, the difference of speed on the front and back sides of the vane which is formed in the inside vanes 3 and a small exfoliation formed are dissolved, and the gas flows into the outside vanes 4 in the form of an uniform flow. Thus, exfoliation of gas flow is not generated in blowing, and a large blowing efficiency can be obtained even if the inlet angle β11 is made as small as possible, and the exit angle β22 is made as large as possible.
