Abstract
PURPOSE:To reduce the cost of preparation and to obtain a sufficient analytical accuracy, by making mixed powder by mixing the powder for analytical sample and that of synthetic resin uniformly and then, making prescribed shape by forming said mixed powder. CONSTITUTION:Synthetic resin power is easy to mix with powdered analytical sample and easy to form by heating and also, is not contained measuring object component or not contained other than the element being unable to measure by the normal fluorescence X-ray analysis. Said resin powder is mixed with the powdered analytical sample and the mixture is put in the mold and then, is formed in a disk shape by condensation, polymerization reaction or combined reaction of the synthetic resin by heating or pressure heating. Thus, the sample for fluorescence X-ray analysis is prepared.
