Abstract

PURPOSE: To detect the mixing ratio of adhesive simply, quickly and accurately by utilizing a definite relation among a mixture ratio, a gelation time and a reaction temperature.
CONSTITUTION: A verification substance, for example, polyphenyl polyisocyanate, compounds crosslinked with methylene, one of the isocyanate compounds, which forms a gel substance by reacting with the effective constituent of at least one liquid of the two-pack adhesive components, for example, a hardening agent composite consisting of amino compounds, is added to a part of the two-pack adhesive, and by measuring the gelation time of the mixture, the mixture ratio of the adhesive is detected. The verification substance to be used in this case may be the one which forms a gel substance by reacting with the effective constitutent of one of the two liquids or the one which forms a gel substance by reacting with the effective constituents of both liquids.
